What is wealth re-imprinting and why is it more important than ever?

It’s time to make sure that no one struggles to pay their rent, or feels like they have to choose between food or paying a bill or even just isn’t not allowed to have nice things because it isn’t a necessity, with wealth re-imprinting.

While some of this is circumstances, what if I told you these circumstances come about from childhood experiences and how you have wired the meaning of those experiences into your brain?

And you can change these imprints to serve you at a higher level?

What is wealth re-imprinting?

And why is it more important than ever? 🤔

When you are young you develop beliefs around what money is, what it means to you and if you can or cannot have a lot of it.

These beliefs follow you into our adult life and impact you in ways you may not even be aware of.

  • Ever had the whole money doesn’t grow on trees echo in your head now, from your younger years? 💰🌲
  • Believe you have to work hard for your money and can’t really imagine making your money work hard for you?
  • Or only those kinds of people have lots of cash in the bank? ⛷

Having been bullied by the more well-off kids in my primary school I had a strong belief that people with money were unkind.

And while I know now that money amplifies who you already are, I know that belief has lingered a LOOOOOOMG time and most definitely held me back from creating the wealth I desire.

The thing is, we live in an abundant world and we are ALL worthy of financial stability and freedom.

I mean, look at what the reddit users did to the hedge fund share traders? 👩🏻‍🎤

Money is there for all.

And you are your own worst enemy when it comes to allowing more money into your life.

So why am I sharing this?

I’m currently close to completing a course in Wealth Re-Imprinting and have been taking myself through the processes. It’s so cool!

I have already done programmes around wealth and receiving but this programme allows my understanding of science and spiritual to meet and go even deeper than before.

Work with me…

For 4 weeks on different exercises to rewire your neurology to the wealth mindset that goes beyond your upbringing. 🧠

📆There will be a weekly group call for three of the four weeks.

☎A 1:1 session with me to align your wealth values. (non group call week)

💪🏻Support to answer your questions in a private FB group over the four weeks of the programme.

You show up and you gain the transformation. 🏋🏻‍♀️

What it is not.

🚫 Financial advice.

I won’t be teaching you about shares, hedge funds, property etc

What it is:

✅A chance to rewire your brain to hold new beliefs around money.

✅To release old baggage around having and receiving.

✅ Aligning yourself to money specifically so it becomes a natural part of your world to have it, manage it, hold onto it and make it work for you.

The goal is to open you up to doing smarter things with the money you will end up feeling worthier of having and more excited to manage.

If this sounds like something you want, reach out to book in your coaching sessions.

Let’s look at fear

Let’s look at fear and how easy it is to be fearless, even though there is the space of judgment potential to open.

Fear is an emotional response: something happens we get afraid, our body locks up, we freeze, we go into flight mode or decide to fight.

The reason that we have it, is because of a part of our brain, the hind brain, the first part of the brain that developed in humanity, is programmed to look for fear, doubt, danger, uncertainty, suspicion, boredom and complication when viewing our world around us.

If anything that’s happening has any of that, the hind brain will go into a “no” block response.

Let’s look deeper.

What could be happening in this part of the brain, when you’re sitting there and you’re struggling to post something on socials for your business or you’re having doubt come up? This could be a brain response, not because what you have to share isn’t valid or true to you, but because the hind brain doesn’t feel safe or certain or excited by what you’re doing/sharing.

This is where fear shows up to hold us back. Our brain is protecting us form what it now perceives to potentially be dangerous.

What we’re existing in right now is our comfort zone. It’s our known space and our brain can look around and go, we’re alive, we’re safe, so this is how our brain is working and it likes to keep us in the known space.

But if this consistently happens and happens and happens, we then start forming a belief that isn’t necessarily based in fact.

Our work is bad, it’s scary to share things, we might get judged and it’s easier to hold back and play small.

It’s not based in truth because if, for example, that post is published,( even though it had all of these untrue emotions in the brain telling you not too) chances are the worse that will happen is no one comments on it. The best that could happen is appositive response.

But you won’t know if you don’t…..

And when you do, I hope you realize you did a really amazing massive thing.

You’ve actually moved past the reptilian response in your brain.

Whether is a post, a blog, ANY action to move you forward that makes you feel uncomfortable, what you can also ask yourself is “Is this fear real or something I am making up t keep me small and safe?”

The hind brain is a primal part of the brain, so when we want to have a look at a belief and fear, we want to start exploring what beliefs have been created by fear or doubt or the worry about danger or there being uncertainty suspicion potential for boredom or the chance of complication, which is how this part of the brain works.

What beliefs have been programmed in, that are not true?

Whenever you go to post, to phone someone about your products or have a conversation that feels awkward, ask yourself “have I got a belief programmed in, that isn’t necessarily true, that is stopping my action now?”

Be aware that the longer that you let this part of your brain dictate to you what you can and can’t do, the more programmed in a belief will be.

Start asking yourself questions like:

  • If in this moment, if I wasn’t afraid, what could I do, if in this moment,?
  • If felt confident with the outcome that could potentially happen differently to what I am imagining?
  • What would change how by doing this?
  • Am i actually protecting myself from danger by not doing this?

Asking these questions, we’re addressing all of the parts of the hindbrain that respond in a way to stop you and we’re switching it over to knew action. We’re telling our brain that it’s safe so we can start creating a new belief

  • how can i trust that this is a right thing for me to do right now? There’s boredom,
  • how can i be excited about this action, complication
  • in doing this, how am i simplifying my life?
I’m constantly asking myself these questions to keep my momentum moving forward

Of course, there’s coaching processes that you can do, there’s belief change processes, but understanding if you are constantly allowing yourself to stay in a space of a certain fear-based emotional response, you are programming, over time, a negative belief, which then makes it even harder to really progress forward.

Here’s an exampling in my own life where fear could have stopped me and I would have missed a fabulous opportunity.

In 2019 I saw a guy in a nightclub. I stood there having a conversation in my head, going, you should give him your phone number.

I’d already had enough trouble with the x, there was suspicion around it, there was uncertainty, it was dangerous, there was so much doubt and fear wrapped around meeting someone new and it just felt super complicated.

So I stood there, at the bar, in a nightclub, with my phone number on a piece of paper, talking myself through this process.

There was nothing to lose, everything to gain, so I gave him the number and it was then up to him, if he decided to call.

Here’s a sample of the self-talk in my head at that time. “why am I suspicious of this person? If I’m so connected and feeling so attracted to this person, and so drawn to this person, why am I doubting my own intuition? It certainly wouldn’t be boring meeting a new person, and it’s only complicated if i let it be….”

I walked downstairs, gave him my phone number, and here we are, living together and happy.

Understanding and overcoming fear, isn’t only about business, this is personal too.

This is how you relate to people, this is how you show up, and by giving yourself this opportunity to reprogram the beliefs you have around things that currently might make you feel fear and afraid. By understanding it’s a programmed response of your brain.

That your brain loves you and it just wants you to be safe but it thinks you being safe is staying in the box.

Understanding how your brain and your programming works, and how you can change beliefs, that’s the first step for being able to dream fearlessly and then take action on those dreams.

Healing the God Wound

*******************************************************

I’m  Trudi and I’m here today to talk about unfragmenting your life and how my journey of making peace with god, masculine and feminine energy and metaphysics completed a journey of transformation, that I began over a decade ago.

So who am I ?

I’m a life coach, and a mentor. I am somebody who truly believes that when we give ourselves permission we can fully embrace a life full of purpose and meaning.

We can release the shackles of shame and guilt and judgment to really be at peace within ourselves.

If you have ever actually felt alone before, if you’ve ever felt that you are walking this world on your own, even for a moment, you need to read this.

I’m finally in a really happy space in my life but I want to acknowledge that in this busy world that we live in it can feel really uncertain.

This landscape with the pandemic and in the space of all of the lockdowns and the loss of life: with the total shift in how we live our day-to-day there’s a huge rise of depression and people are really feeling disconnected.

What was our traditional way of living is gone and it has been replaced with levels of uncertainty, we can’t deny that and with the internet, where we have the world at our fingertips, there is still this feeling in so many people or maybe the feeling was already there, but we can’t hide from it anymore.

This feeling of being disconnected is on the rise.

We are constantly bombarded with negative press.

In our Facebook feed, the marketing tells us that we’re too much or we’re not enough we’re not the right shape size, we don’t look the right way, we don’t do the right things, we’re not loud enough we’re too loud like in all of this chatter and the noise and the bombardment, it is so easy to feel alone and not enough

Over the last decade I’ve been studying human potential and something that I have realized is there are a lot of strategies out there for connection and feeling good.

You know the ones. If you clean out all your cupboards and fold things a certain way you’ll have inner peace sort of thing so it’s not a strategy problem that we have when it comes to feeling good.

It’s what I believe with all of the people that I’ve coached, what I see online, the articles that I read, and including my own lived experience: is that we actually have a spiritual problem

We have a real spiritual problem and yet the inner chatter patty, in these times (and especially in the last three years), I really discovered in healing my own God wound, I was able to learn and embrace the polarity of masculine and feminine energy, as well as really embrace the spirituality in the science, which meant I was able to place a foundation in to support all of the other healing that I’d been actioning.

We’ve all heard the stories before you build a house you’ve got to have the solid foundation or the walls eventually tip and collapse which is the same when it comes to our own healing and wellbeing.

The right foundation to build your healing on top of makes a difference that I don’t hear many coaches talking about.

I know there’s a lot of people that don’t know me and so something that you might not know about me even if you have met me before is that  years ago, way back in primary school, I actually denounced my faith.

I was raised catholic.

I’d gone through all the scripture lessons and everything but this particular year was a really painful year. My cousin who was my age, had passed away due to cystic-fibrosis.

I saw for the second time, a family dog get hit by a car and die and it was around this time that my father stopped coming to visit me. (My parents were divorced when I was quite young and so he became absent and it really left me feeling hurt and unworthy)

I was just constantly bullied at school. I was miserable and I was still figuring out how to process some abuse that had happened to me growing up.

One of the challenges that I I’d had at this time, was the priest who taught our catholic religion classes in my school, always used me as the example of the bad child when sharing stories to teach lessons about good and bad.

If there was a child that lied, it was me, a child that stole something, it was me, and where religion was supposed to be a safe space for me, even that space had been taken away

I reached my breaking point, I was done, this particular day.

I came home from school and I stood out in the backyard and I was still young enough that I didn’t really think about other people hearing what I was about to do but I yelled up to god in the sky, because that’s where god lives, in the sky right?

I yelled up to god, that I hated him, that why would he do this to me, that all I wanted to do was love him.

I wanted to be a good girl, I wanted to feel safe, to go to church. I wanted to be a good catholic girl and I just had one thing after another, happening to me, so I yelled up at him that I hated him and that I would rather go to hell and burn in hell, than ever set foot in church again.

That he was gone to me, because what he was doing to me was wrong, it wasn’t fair, and it was powerful stuff for a little kid in primary school. I denounced God not understanding at the time, of the repercussions that would come through to me

Fast forward to a young women in her early twenties. It was her first suicide attempt. She had been labelled and medicated by a doctor when she came to see him for something completely non-related, as depressed.

I went on to antidepressants. (Being a good girl doing what the doctor told me and as I had all this unresolved trauma, stuff from my teenage years bubbling away under the surface) so when I stopped taking the tablets shit went down.

I went cold turkey because nobody told me that it was potentially a bad thing and for me, and it was a really bad thing.

I ended up overdosing, getting taken away to hospital, getting my stomach pumped and all of the things and what resulted from this after three or four day stay in an asylum, was everyone around me, telling me how bad I’d made them feel so in that moment, so in that process, I took it all on board and I decided there, just to pretend my life was good.

(There could have been a really healing moment for me at that time, but it became a space that was buried in shame and guilt and judgment.)

Which resulted in me becoming a party princess, ending up with a drug addiction and ending up going through two more cycles of suicide and depression, until something happened.

I got to this space where I realized that I was the one common denominator in my own life and if anything was going to change in my life, it was me that needed to decide to change.

I didn’t realize just how much, by making that decision, to stop being a victim to my past, would impact the rest of my life.

Then I discovered personal development and started a certificate four in life coaching and that’s when things really started to transform for me.

But I hadn’t yet healed the God wound.

So healing was happening but there was still something missing.

Three years ago healing the God wound was the start of the pathway of me no longer having to carry what people have put on my shoulders.

The freedom in my way of being is why I’ve dedicated to my own life to supporting people to release the shame, release the judgment, release the guilt around the past, to heal those wounds.

They can remove a feeling of separation and aloneness that they have and no longer feel the burden of carrying around others expectations of who they should be.

They get to choose now.

For me it was a God wound, for other people, it can show up as a friend wound, a mother wound, whatever it is but so people can feel loved and safe and supported in their own lives

Today I’m going to cover three components that really allowed me and it was really in the last three years or so, that I got to this final sort of completion of what I feel my healing process was.

Metaphysics is what Aristotle who called the first philosophy of wisdom, so it explores the nature of existence and the rules that we live in and we have human people rules but we have rules of nature.

These rules of nature, they don’t change, they are a never-changing constant and so when you embrace these laws, these laws of energy, the laws of nature and implement them into your life, you can’t help but elevate and be transformed

I imagine you want to elevate and transform, I’m going to cherry pick a few and talk about the law of vibration and I will mention the law of correspondence and I’ll talk more about the law of polarity.

Vibration…it’s quite simple, nothing is at rest, everything is moving, the tiniest little bit of matter, it’s vibrating and what happens when things vibrate, they send out a frequency,

I didn’t know this when I was little, when I was a child and denouncing God and separating this foundation of faith that I had in my life, separating that away from me, I didn’t realize that I was changing my vibration.

I was changing what was happening for me!

Being aware of your vibration, and what energy/emotion you’re sending out is what you’re attracting back.

I was victim, alone, sad and worthless so I got that back.

It is your job to generate positive purpose, emotions.

You need to deliberately choose your field, your energy, because the universe is mental and it’s governed by this law of vibration.

It’s also governed by the law of correspondence. As within so without, as the universe so the soul.

So the soul, your inner game, what you are thinking, is feeding your vibration, which is creating your frequency and is attracting what’s happening in your life.

When I learned this, my mind was blown and why it’s important, when healing the god wound or any wounding you have.

Like I said, I didn’t understand, I was walking around separate from the foundational thing that I’d established in my young life, that was always the present and I’d taken myself away from it so my vibration became one of I’m alone, I’m a victim, I have nothing.

I was this little human drudge walking around as a victim, pretending to be happy,  artificial, which didn’t last and because I was up here vibrating in a space that wasn’t natural, the crash down was bad, my inner game sucked, and I was fragmented.

When you understand that you are vibrating and what you are thinking is creating a frequency that you put out into the universe, as above so below, as the universe, so the soul, you get to choose and make a conscious decision around what you are sending out.

Awareness is your first step. And there’s also the law of cause and effect.

Are you at cause or are you at effect?

It’s important that in your inner game that you choose to become fully responsible for how you are choosing to chow up.

Even after my final suicide attempt, when I didn’t realize the law of correspondence, the law of vibration, cause and effect etc by realising and owning I am my own common denominator, no one is coming to rescue me and if I’m going to live a happy life, it has to be up to me, I need to take back my power, stepping into that space of cause, shifting my vibration, starting to make conscious choices, about my inner world which then reflected out into my actions.

That was my first huge step in coming back and unfragmenting myself and becoming whole again.

Lets talk more about the god wound.

Healing the god wound was huge for me, because by removing God from my life, the repercussions of that and removing that foundation, echoed through.

I had disconnected myself from a very loving source of energy.

Childhood is where our values and our beliefs form and my childhood values and beliefs,  faith, trust, and integrity was all built on those things. Then when all these bad things just kept happening over and over, in my first  years of life, and losing God, tore open a really big wound, which looks like different things for everyone

My experience of a god wound of religious trauma, it’s going to be different to anyone else and if you feel like you have a god wound it’s definitely worth exploring.

For me, it really triggered a massive break from family, I already had trouble making friends, it just made it even harder.

I’ve always been a little bit of a solo mover and don’t get too close sort of thing and as a teenager I became withdrawn, self-harmed and I was a mess, because the foundation was gone.

So how do you heal it is probably the big question, how do you heal a god wound?

It’s going to be different for everyone, and it’s beautiful because you actually get to choose.

I was really blessed, as I had a coach who identified the God wound and the massive wound with the masculine that I was still struggling with and I had a huge intervention.

He let me yell and scream and cry and rant at him, for at least 20min on a Zoom call, in a mastermind group that I was in, he stood in proxy for the men that abused me, and he just he just absorbed it

He took the force of all my rage, pain, hurt and bitterness, he apologized for all the men who had let me down, hurt me, lied and abused me.

It was raw, liberating and very cathartic.

Now that kind of healing, it’s not for everyone.

There are beautiful coaching processes where you don’t even have to say what’s wrong,  if you identify a feeling within yourself or there’s a significant event from your childhood that has either a really negative charge or a hyper-positive charge around it,  you don’t even need to talk about it.

When you clear those emotions and those charges and open up the space to allow in love and healing, you can’t help but raise that vibration that you have and in the raising of your vibration, your frequency changes.

I spent most of my life saying that God didn’t matter, I didn’t need God, I’ll just go to purgatory or go to hell, but I didn’t realize there was a wound around it.

It made a huge difference to heal that wound, whether it’s a religious or a family wound, when you heal any wound in you have, you get to come back to a place of wholeness which is an absolute gift.

Let’s touch base on masculine and feminine or the law of polarity.

This is another metaphysical law and I just want people to understand there’s two types of energy, so we think of them as masculine and feminine or yin and yang, they’re not based on biological gender, we have both types of energy available to us and we can tap into both energies

We can use both energies and we can be authentic and happy for our life.

Now in relation to my story and with plenty of women that I’ve worked with, it wasn’t actually safe for me to be in that feminine energy and because I’d absented God from my life and my father wasn’t there and all of the things that had happened, I’d stepped in to be my own dad kind of thing.

I spent most of my life living in this really masculine state as a place of protection.

I would step into that as a protective measure and I forgot all about being who I truly was.

I pushed aside the feminine side and was super hyper aggressive especially in my career,  standing up defiantly to my CEO and telling him he was wrong and then being called aggressive.

By staying in that masculine state, I didn’t have god, I didn’t have dad, I had massive distrust of men, I was denying at the core of who I am, that beautiful feminine flow, and I was miserable.

(The masculine energy is seen as strong and purposeful and focused whereas the feminine is more flowing and allowing and more receiving right so this is why we have both)

I’d fully denied my own feminine essence as it didn’t feel safe.

So many of my relationships failed because I was always fighting my core of who I was.

When I healed my relationship with the masculine, God and I stopped pushing and working, I stopped having to be right, I understood the joy and the beauty in being able to let go of feeling, I had to control everything, I was able to exist in this space of self-worth and self-love and started doing things that I really loved to do.

I’m not hyper vigilant and having to control everything because I know that I’m a whole person, I’m allowing the flow and I don’t feel that I have to be in defensive, protective energy anymore.

That was another huge thing like an unexpected by-product of healing the god wound and embracing a more spiritual loving god into my life.

Embracing a whole metaphysical world has been a process of constant choosing.

I give myself permission now to play and to flow and I don’t have to be so rigid and push anymore.

In healing the god wound, embracing metaphysics, learning about the law of polarity and giving myself permission to step back into my true nature of who I really am, who I always was and remembering that, I am whole and complete and I’m a perfect child of God.

Understanding that allowed me to completely transform my life and come into a place I never expected that I could get too.

Now I don’t go to church every week, I don’t take communion, I don’t have a bible, I don’t judge myself if I say the wrong things.

I’m no longer unkind to myself if I don’t get something right the first time.

I’m not following religion but I have faith again and I’ve given myself permission to fill that empty void from my childhood and doing all of that was huge in restoring a foundation of faith in my life.

It really filled that void and it allowed me to open up to more, which is why I share this understanding of spiritual law.

It’s given me the foundation, the absolute foundation, that I was missing previously in my life, that kept me wandering and kept me feeling vulnerable and kept the defences up.

I will forever be grateful to my coach who shared with me his knowledge who gave me the space to let go of that toxic wound that I didn’t know was there and just let it all out for me.

Healing and growth and transformation, it’s a lifelong journey but when you remove that feeling of singularity from your life, that feeling that you walk this pathway alone and remember the magic and the wonder of the world. When you give yourself permission to come home to the true nature of who you are, and that being that you are always worthy, you are always loved, that’s when you allow yourself to heal.

Your Story and Permission to Heal

I was recently asked to write about how sharing your story gives other people permission to heal. (When you buy me a coffee, or in this case a virtual cup of tea or 5 you get to give me a suggestion for a blog topic. If you want me to write on a topic for you go here: https://buymeacoffee.com/trudipavlovsky.

And I was really pleased by my tea supporter Matt C suggesting this topic. Permission to heal, is a topic close to my heart and doing it via story is so relatable

If you’ve been in my circle for a little while you most likely have a pretty good handle on my life story.

For those of you that are new here (HI!!) and haven’t gotten to know me as well, here’s an overview.

As many of us have experienced, I’ve lived through a lot of trauma that showed up in my life as a child. There was sexual abuse, bullying, emotional and abandonment issues, all of the things.

These things showed up even more in my teenager years as I acted out from the trauma, which fed the cycle and perpetuated even more negative experiences (sound familiar?)

As a young adult I had memories resurface while incorrectly medicated leading to a hospital stay in a now closed asylum.

I had massive bouts of depression which resulted in a decade of partying, taking drugs and getting high to escape the emotional landscape that bubbled underneath the surface of my smiling face.

As a teenager I self-harmed in secret and as an adult I had three failed attempts to end my life. Which, now at 47 years of age, I’m OK that that was something that I didn’t succeed at.

And no, I’m not any more special than anyone else reading this blog.

I’ve managed to find the inner strength to keep going and call in the resources that allowed me to recover, expand and thrive.

Which is why I share my story.

And this is for everyone

Every time you share your story from the place of empathy, self-compassion and with empowerment as the driving reason for sharing it, you have the ability to support somebody else to start believing in themselves and taking the action to transform their own lives.

Let me explain what I mean.

There is a difference between sharing your story from a place of pain and a place of healing.

When you share from a place of pain there’s no lesson and there’s no wisdom to be shared because you are “in” the experience. While it is most likely a common experience that people can relate to, when sharing from an unhealed wound, it doesn’t give people a springboard into their own ability to heal themselves completely.

They are sharing only your pain, which keeps them in theirs

When you share your experiences after you’ve had time to reflect and extrapolate the ultimate wisdom, all of the additional learnings, the understanding, self-love and compassion, that’s when you’re giving other people permission to heal.

The stages of healing.

  • Recognition
  • Forgiveness
  • Wisdom
Recognition

I truly believe that things do not show up for you that you aren’t ready to heal. Even if consciously, you may not think that you can.

When you recognise a repeating pattern of behaviour, an ongoing thought that no longer serves, with the right process you can heal and move forward.

Forgiveness

Often other people are involved in our trauma and many people preach that forgiveness is the final step of healing. What it does is leave a connection and creates an inability to truly be free and move forward which is why we need to engage in the 3rd step.

Wisdom

Emotion gets trapped in the body during times of trauma and pain unless you understand how to not hang onto it.

When you go back through the past and pull out the wisdom, get the learnings the trapped emotion leaves and neutralises the event in your memory.

When thinking of the past no longer creates a highly charged emotional response…….. this is healing

This isn’t to say that while you’re in your pain, that you don’t communicate with others or that you don’t share and seek your own healing. That’s not what I mean at all.

It is good to note, if you’re sharing publicly and want to have a positive impact on others, keep in mind how sharing your experience does exactly that.

Are you pulling others into pain or sharing a pathway with a positive outcome?

Part of my process of ongoing healing and expansion is as follows:

I wake up every day reminding myself of how far I’ve come how blessed I am and how glad I am that I have allowed myself to heal.

To not just forgive those who caused me wounds but to pull the wisdom out of that and use those experiences as a way for me to grow.

I believe all of my experiences have allowed me to become the kind of coach that I am.

I make sure I lovingly place myself first in my life

I talk about this a lot when you go into your healing, one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself is to release the guilt, let go of shame for who you were in those moments.

To demonstrate self-compassion that in all times of your life, you were doing the best you could with the resources that you had.

Keep reminding yourself to let go of any self-judgment and any judgment that other people may have of you for your past.

In the wisdom received from your past experiences and the releasing of the pain from the body, by giving yourself permission, the healing circle is completed.

You Can Be a Feminist and Have an Only Fans Profile

It’s all about the intention behind it.

I am a feminist, and I am quite happy to announce that to the world. I’m also an artistic nude, fashion, fitness, activewear and fantasy model.

The two things don’t seem like they go together, right?

I get it may be confusing.

How can I say I’m a feminist, support womens rights, but also have my naked body available to be viewed online on my Only Fans profile?

Feminism is about womens rights to choose, to be equal and have body autonomy amongst other things.

This is why I am also pro-choice but that’s a blog for another day.

As I said at the start it’s all about the intention, combined with what feminism means to me and what modelling means to me.

Let’s start at the beginning.

I have always loved posing in front of the camera.

Ever since I was a little girl every time the camera was pulled out, I would put on a smile, put on a pose and excitedly wait to see the resulting pictures. This was back in the day of negatives and waiting weeks for pictures to be processed.

As I grew older, I started doing paid modelling work here and there, but mainly it was for fun and for expression.

It was for sharing my joy in who I was, and how I could make other people feel in that moment.

I was a photographic muse at 16 years of age.

We did images of my in my debutante ball gown in the cemetery, cute pics down by the river and fashion pics in church bell towers.

I had a creative outlet, to use my body to crate stories and I always loved to write.

Modelling was an extension of that.

I had a photo of me win an award at the Melbourne Show.

I helped show beginner photographers how to pose models.

I loved it!

Something you wouldn’t know is I didn’t actually start modelling nude until I was 45.

I know right!

I simply lacked the confidence I myself and I had fear and shame to overcome from the abuse I had experienced at mens hands growing up.

I had felt objectified for so long, and a target of mens eyes, showing my skin was a terrifying ordeal.

It was like I expected to be hurt again. Quite a natural experience for someone who has experienced trauma of a sexual nature.

But once I did and once, I realised I was now safe and in control of my body and my life, everything transformed for me.

I remembered who I always was.

A feminine, expressive, cherished women.

So what is this got to do with feminism?

Some might say that having your photos available on only fans for people to subscribe to and to be able to view has some sort of form of prostitution. It’s a sell-out, a pandering to mans desire to look at womens bodies.

Some sort of disrespecting of myself.

I disagree.

For years and here’s where feminism comes, in men have seen women’s body as a freely available commodity that they can use and explore and view on whim.

The most they’ll pay is for a Playboy magazine.

If they buy you dinner, some sort of sexual favour is an expected return.

Naked women, semi naked women in magazines, their images being used to sell products. I find it particularly disturbing that many have women’s heads cut off, reducing us to parts for pleasure, not a whole human being.

So I’ve decided to reclaim my body, my whole self, my expression and if people want to enjoy that they can invest.

They can invest.

They can invest their money, as they no longer getting it for free. (Like many men feel, it’s their God-given right.)

And yes, whether it is conscious or not, men do believe it is.

Look at how many women get raped and assaulted by men who believe it is their right to take what they want. As a survivor of sexual abuse and assault by men, there is still much entitlement felt by men over womens bodies.

Look at how groups of angry men target ASMIR women and get their accounts shut down for fun.

But I digress…..

You may or may not agree with this and that’s OK.

How I choose to show up in the reclamation of my body, my sensuality, my sexuality and my experience of how I choose to show up and share my energy and my joy, is MINE.

This includes my Only Fans profile.

It’s very tasteful, conversational, fun and that my intention with it. An expression of joy, mutual respect and an income stream.

It’s not porn and there’s no dildos or vibrators. As I choose it to be that way. If I decide otherwise, once again that is my choice.

As is the choice of all women who do have an Only Fans profile.

Loving A Trauma Girl

It’s tough dating a trauma girl.

She’s a woman, yet there’s also a childlike quality about her.

She is confusing and it’s hard to explain why.

She looks so normal; she smiles so sweetly, and she seems so happy on the outside.

What you can’t see is she still has echoes of her past driving her behavior today.

It’s not obvious.

She starts off all hot and heavy, every man’s fantasy woman.

She is wild and fiery and passionate, it’s almost like she’s forgotten what’s happened to her in those moments.

She thinks that is what you want.

It’s a performance.

How it has to be for her to be loved and accepted but as a long play, it isn’t sustainable for her.

You notice her begin to change and it confuses you as you may not have yet been confided in about her past.

It might be she just pulls away when you touch a certain way. She can’t explain why but she doesn’t like it even though you’re delivering it through a lens of love.

She changes even more and it’s confusing.

What happened to the sexy women you met?

She doesn’t mean to, she doesn’t want to, but she withdraws.

She’s not as affectionate.

The things that seemed so exciting to you, she remembers in a different way.

She remembers being hurt disappointed and feeling like she was being punished for being her. Her expression no matter how it shows up feels shameful.

She really wants to love you. But life has taught her it’s easier and it’s safer, that there’s less to lose when the walls are up and she’s by herself.

The trauma girl is complex.

She reaches for the thing that you offer with one hand while pushing it away with the other.

She knows that she’s hurting you. She knows you deserve better. Every day she thinks that she should just go, leave, set you free so you can find a normal girl.

A girl who hasn’t been wounded.

Has never faced the confusion of having to pull apart what is loving and what is hurtful, what is controlling.

A girl that can relax in every moment when you touch her and doesn’t have an unconscious program that this could hurt, this could be forced but this doesn’t mean love.

The trauma girl has well-versed in the power-play the manipulation, the games men play to overpower her agency and to control her.

This means that sometimes the lines between your intention and her experience blur.

Logically she knows you have the best intentions at heart, but a lifetime of pain and disappointment tells her otherwise and her internal battle rages on.

So when you’re reached for her looking for affection and intimacy with your desire for love, it clashes with a lifetime of experience that demonstrates otherwise.

Please be kind.

The trauma girl most likely has been used and sexually abused by men since childhood, when your first experiences of sex and closeness were when you were older. When it was consensual, and nothing was taken for you violently and with fear.

Her first experiences with loving and those memories from childhood are ones that have driven her behavior her whole life. And she may not have realised it.

The acting out.

The over-sexualisation of her behaviour in the bedroom.

What on the outside is perceived as slutty behaviour, is really just the symptoms of abuse and an attempt to take back control of her life.

The only way she knows how.

I mean, what is given can’t be taken away right?

So for those of you to take on a relationship with a trauma girl you too have choices.

To walk away. To find a girl who has no trauma, but let’s face it in this day and age that’s a challenge in itself.

Or you stay. And your skin thickens and you get used to the person you love drawing away, pulling back, rejecting your affection and you accept that from a place of love and understanding.

You let her lead.

You accept her quirks and kinks.

You love all the sharp edges that can appear without warning, and you relearn alongside what love, and intimacy is.

In that space of patient love, you might be able to help the trauma girl relearn what intimacy is and in turn support a transformation of both your lives.

If this sounds like something you want I’m doing a special offer as it is my first round.

Only $47

Yes, that’s correct! As my beta testers, I want to honour your commitment to your wealth and my first time running this programme.

That’s the FB group support, weekly call AND a 1:1 session with me.

As it is new and I want you to feel 100% confident to invest in the programme, if you complete the course work, show up for calls, do the 1:1 and ALL the writing activities as directed and you do NOT believe you have had a shift…. I will refund you the $47 course investment.

Simple.

Join this programme.

And be prepared to start Monday 22 of February for our first group call.

If you can’t make the calls live, no worries, they will be recorded so you get everything you need to rewire mind for wealth access!

Do You Know Someone With Stinky Feet

If you worked with me 20 years ago we would be working in a rabbit photo lab together.

And today I want to talk to you about stinky feet in this photo lab.

For those that don’t know before digital, film and photographic images were processed in labs run by Kodak or Fuji predominantly, and these labs got hot, like really hot, in summer.

The dryers on these machines run it over 50° to dry the paper, or the film in the process of developing photos.

Now being the leader of this shop with a team of up to eight staff, meant that I needed to be able to communicate in ways that motivated people to do a good job and kept everybody’s personalities happy.

Not always an easy thing.

There was a big problem with one team member and that was her stinky feet.

This young lady wore leather shoes and no socks and in the heat of a photographic lab, the resulting odor was very strong.

This was my second store managing job, and I’d never had to tell somebody that they smelled before.

At first, I was passive about it and had a general conversation at a team meeting about hygiene smells from a customer service perspective.

But this particular girl had smelled this way for so long she couldn’t smell her own smell anymore so nothing changed.

She had no idea she even had a problem.

Most people get to a point that things become normalised, not because things are okay, but when someone is in it all the time, it doesn’t register anymore.

The rest of the team didn’t want to work with her because the smell was quite “sharp on the senses” shall we say.

I had to step up.

I had to become a stronger and a better communicator, I had to have an honest conversation with this girl.

I had massive imposter syndrome back then (didn’t realise what it was though) and I was so worried she would cry, quit, get mad at me, that I was somehow mean for speaking to her about this.

Tough conversations suck.

If they aren’t handled the right way the ongoing issues can be worse than the original problem.

Speaking 1:1 with the girl about her feet couldn’t be ignored or held off on any longer.

I had to ask her to come in early one day.

She was worried she was getting in trouble and might lose her job.

Then I started speaking.

She was embarrassed.

She went bright red, and her eyes welled up.

I felt so small but stayed calm on the outside.

I was embarrassed but it needed to be said. I said it kindly and I also had solutions that could be acted on straight away.

But the big lesson was when she said, “I had no idea” and she “wished somebody had said something sooner because by not doing so, the problem was around longer than it needed to be”.

And, I should have said it sooner.

She worked the whole day on the shop floor doing stock as she didn’t want to be in the lab section as she had to get socks and new shoes organised first.

I let her do that.

She went and took care of things and no one mentioned it again after that.

• Are you avoiding the tough conversations for fear of upsetting someone?
• Are you sacrificing your own peace of mind for a moments discomfort?
• Are people not having conversations with you?

Experience comes from time and it also comes from action.

Who do you need to be honest with today?

Are you new to coaching? This happens when you don’t have the tough conversations with clients. I get it’s because you don’t want to upset them or don’t yet have the skills to articulate changes in ways that lift people up.

When you’re new and have no experience around what to say, or how to say it, say it comfortably or in a way that’s empowering for both parties, the coaching process slows down.

Your business growth slows down and even stops completely.

With two decades experience in sales and management before starting my own business, I get it.

Tough conversations, telling people that there’s a problem or what they want isn’t working, isn’t pleasant when you have never done it before.

If you’re a new coach who is concerned about having tough conversations, putting boundaries in a business, or having to approach stinky feet or any situation that is new and to be able to do it confidently – we should talk.

Don’t wait until the situation is awkward, get help now!

What Makes A Resolution Work?

It’s that time of year for New Year New Me…

But there’s a reason why New Year’s resolutions don’t work, that most people have never been taught.

New Year’s resolutions are generally very grand statements about creating a massive transformation in someone’s life.

This isn’t bad that people want to change, but what people don’t understand is quite often, the change is too big for the brain to accept as safe, because it creates such a big shift in a person’s identity.

Let’s look at this a little deeper.

We’ve all heard about the comfort zone. It’s where we live happy and safe, everything is nice and there’s not a lot of stretching or challenge in this space.

It feels safe.
It feels good.

This is our known identity.

When we make a resolution, and let’s use the classic drop 10 kg for example this takes us out of the comfort zone.

And if our hind brain isn’t reassured that it’s safe to take the action, that we can do it with confidence, that there’s no fear from the outcome of the change, we don’t have to be suspicious, it’s not boring etc. We will self-sabotage

The hind brain has some emotions it needs to feel to let things happening in your world, are you picking up on that yet?

You’ve heard the joke – see you at the gym in January, see you in the bar in February?

It’s a classic example of the transformation feeling too big a shift in identity so people go back to what they were doing previously.

Drinking, rather than working out.

So, what do we do?

We don’t make a big grand complete identity shifting resolution for the new year.

We set small outcomes that will lead to the big transformation.

And here’s the kicker……

Any goal, any transformation, any resolution that we make, make sure that it’s aligned with our core values.

See, the big thing is when people make resolutions and want to shift their identity and move out of their comfort zone the values are aligned

So how do you align your values?

Let’s use health and fitness as the example, as it is typically the most common type of resolution.

List what your top three values are when it comes to health and fitness.

As an example, let’s list the following:

  • Strong
  • Toned
  • Pain free

(These are mine by the way)

  • How do I make these parts of my identity the next step?
  • I asked myself, how will I be safe in being strong toned pain-free?
  • I ask myself, is there any danger in being strong toned and pain-free?
  • Will I show up differently or can I still be myself when I am strong toned pain-free?
  • Will I lose what I have now when I am strong toned pain free?
  • How will I look when I am strong toned and pain-free and does it feel good to look like this?

Questions like this allow my hindbrain to avoid sabotaging my actions. They also allow me to explore what could get in the way of me taking daily action to move towards being strong toned and pain free.

When we journal on questions like this we can see what could stop us from taking action.

We can see that it doesn’t have to change the core of who we are, which makes the action easier to take AND we can see the benefits are going to be positive, interesting, safe and enjoyable for our lives.

Notice I didn’t say my resolution is to lose 10 kg. It’s about the positive benefit of how I want to end up which is a lot more motivating and inspiring than moving away from what you don’t want.

So, whether it’s health, starting a business, changing a job, up leveling your life in anyway, understanding how your values and your perception of your identity can work for you or against you, is going to be the key to creating success and lasting change in your life.

And if you need help to transform your life let’s have a conversation I have room for more 1:1 client’s to make 2021 a year of deep and lasting positive change.

3 Tips For Enjoying Christmas Even If You Have Social Anxiety

Does the thought of spending time with the rallies and handing out presents to family give you heart palpitations?

The coming judgement around who spent what and how much effort went into choosing or wrapping the gifts.

Of people criticising what you put (or don’t put) on your plate to eat?

Conversations around who is (or isn’t) with someone, who put on weight, lost weight, missed out on something or took a risk etc

AND it’s even worse when you know YOU’RE the topic of the conversation.

Apart from doing a bottle or two to cope or staying in bed until the festive season is over, here’s my tips to manage social anxiety at Christmas time. (whether at home, out the office crimes zoom event).

Remember it is only words.

What they say, really doesn’t matter in the scheme of things.

It DOES NOT change who you are at the core. A fabulous human doing their best to live their best life.

Remember to breathe.

Weird as it sounds this is the best advice I was given when I confessed to social anxiety.

When under pressure we hold our breathe and that tell our nervous system we are under threat.

Our body the prepares to either fight, freeze or take flight.

Have an out call prepared.

You may or may not have ever done this , when on a first date but it also applies here.

If you’re worked up about an event, as a friend to call you at a reorganised time with a reason for you to leave.

When the friend calls you can then check in on how you feel and decide to leave or stay.

Handy for first dates and definitely handy for a Christmas escape.

And if you cant avoid a situation, say in advance how long you can stay for, and then you can manage your time without potentially having to deal with upset people if you leave suddenly.

Over all I hope you are surrounded by amazing people so this article can be saved for any first date/meeting scenarios instead.

Merry Festive Season, what ever you celebrate!
