I am a busy working Mum, as well as managing Multiple Sclerosis. I am also a passionate dressage rider and am part of the Australian Para-equestrian community. Before I started working with Trudi, my biggest challenge was to believe in myself and realise my own potential. Underneath, I felt like I could succeed with my dressage riding, but years of telling myself I was not good enough got in the way.
During the time we worked together, I was able to change my mind set around to have more confidence in my abilities and faith that things would work out no matter what. I stopped putting so much pressure on myself and begun to learn to enjoy the moments. This translated to success and I have since achieved personal best scores at my competitions.
